PACKAGING

All of the rings come in elegant ring boxes. Small little box is usually packed in bigger box with a lovely ribbon special gift box ready to be given to that special someone or yourself.

SHIPPING & TAXES

● All orders will be shipped to the address only filed with "Checkout Payment" when completing your order
- Your order will be shipped via FedEx or DHL Worldwide 3-7 business days.

***NOTE to INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. Please include your phone number during checkout in case Customs needs to contact you.

1.All our '' GOLD Items " come with a stone setting warranty.
If gemstone or diamond any loose We will repair for free within 1 Year.

2.The all our warranty does not cover damages from all impact, along with gems or diamonds are lost, caused by the actions of the customers.

If customers encounter damaged items when receiving products, please contact us directly within 24 hours.

• Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for any returns or services, including customs fees for international customers.

** Silver can wear off in frequent contact with soaps, perfumes etc. Will wear off through a period of time giving the ring an exclusive look by exposing the Silver that lies underneath.

2. Regarding Gemstones, if any gems are damaged after the warranty ends. please message us for pricing to replace stones

» IMPORTANT «

▶ We DON'T accept RETURNS AND EXCHANGES if the wrong ring size and material or color is ordered. Deposit amount for custom design can't be refunded as well.
▶ Custom, Semi-Custom, Personalized and SALE items are final and not returnable, unless there has been some error on our part or the piece is faulty.
▶ All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

EXCHANGES

We will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs, You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.

▶ If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value.

▶ All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

▶Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of customers for any returns or services, including customs fees for international customers. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

RETURNS

As most of our items are made-to-order there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund. We will refund you as soon as the piece delivered to us. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed

▶ All merchandise must be undamaged, rings must NOT be re-sized. Items showing obvious signs of alteration by a jeweler other than FloralGardenJewel will not be accepted. If a piece is returned that require extensive cleaning or repair, or are otherwise unable to be resold, we will charge a higher restocking fee depending on the work required.

▶ Shipping and handling fee on all returned items are non-refundable.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited.

PROCESSING TIME

● Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Orders SILVER 925 processing time is between 3 days to 5 business days and Orders GOLD processing time is between 5 days to 10 business days given the handmade nature of the product.

● Items custom handmade are subject to additional processing time usually 1 weeks to 2 weeks.

● The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items

● Custom and personalized orders orders may processing time is between 2 weeks to 3 weeks

Is your jewelry Nickel-Free?

Yes, we do not use any nickel in our silver or gold items
